We are looking for Business Success Manager responsible for bridging the gap between customers acquisition and customer success driving business growth through account expansion. This role combines elements of sales, technical expertise, customer service and account management, focusing on long-term relationships, retention, and revenue growth from existing clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in collecting requirements for developing a business case and success strategy, aligning digital solutions with customer outcomes and commercial goals.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms (e.g., SaaS, cloud, enterprise software) and ability to drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement across systems and processes.
- Experienced in complex technology delivery across multiple teams, such as enterprise accounts, cross-functional programs, or product-led implementations.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including executive-level customers, to align on technical direction, priorities, and value realization.
- Experience in identifying and developing growth opportunities within technology accounts through innovation, upsell, or solution expansion.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent technology-focused projects or accounts, prioritising effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support team members or cross-functional contributors in a technology or digital delivery context.
